What are you talking about? For several millions of Jews and Christians, it is quite realistic to collect the amount sufficient to build this Temple, even if one does not take into account the financial possibilities of Israel. They do not do this, because they live in captivity of their illusions.

This is not so. The temple will be built by people. The dimensions of the Temple in the prophecy of Ezekiel are indicated for us, for those who will build.
In Revelation, the image of the people who will build the Third Temple is the Church of Smyrna. The Church of Smyrna will build the Temple, and the Philadelphia Church will enter the Eastern Gate of the Temple.

In order to build a temple in the desert, the universal consent of all the citizens of Israel is not required. In a democracy, even small groups of the population have the right to observe their religious rites.
In Israel, there are synagogues for various currents of Judaism. If some current requires the Temple in the Judean Desert for itself, then who can hinder their right to freedom of conscience? The leaders of Israel may recall the experience of Pharaoh.
Of course, among the Israelites there is also the “synagogue of Satan,” but I think that in Christianity this same synagogue is much stronger.
