Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed [is]he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
(Revelation 16:15,16)
I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and [that]the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
(Revelation 3:18)
Gold is God's people.
And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It [is]my people: and they shall say, The LORD [is]my God.
(Zechariah 13:9)
Carnal Christians cannot see the ruin of their path, they think that Armageddon is a battle of armies. They will fall into a terrible shame, praying for the improvement of the material world.

Christian denominations are a place to flee from immediately.

Armageddon. "Ar" (הַר) - mountain, "gad" (גַד) - happiness, "megad" (מֶגָד) - a gift from heaven, good, "-on" (וֹן) - a diminutive suffix, with disdain. "Mountain of prosperity", "Mountain of freebies".
