The temple described in the prophecy of Ezekiel is the coming of God to earth. There can be no other coming of God, besides that which in Christianity is called the "Second Coming of Jesus Christ", and this coming of God will be realized in the Temple, built in accordance with the prophecy of Ezekiel.
Therefore, the Temple of which Ezekiel prophesies is not a distant future that comes after the rapture of the Church. This Temple is the rapture of the Church. We will never participate in this rapture of the Church if we do not build this Temple. (What is the "rapture of the Church"?)
God will never build this Temple because God has given us a detailed description of this Temple, God has given us the exact dimensions of this Temple so that we can build this Temple.
So, the Third Temple, the structure of which is described in the prophecy of Ezekiel, is the meeting place of the "elect from the four winds". (The meeting place for the elect from the four winds). And the building event of this Temple will be a catalyst for events that will lead to the destruction of the current political and religious system of this world, as described in Revelation of John.
