<...> Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk. (Deuteronomy 14:21)
"Mother's milk" is the Holy Scripture, the Torah, the law of Moses, the teachings of Jesus Christ.
As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby (1 Peter 2:2)
"Mother" is the Church, the society of the Lord, the environment of God's people, from which comes the spiritual nourishment of subsequent generations of God's people.
If this "milk" is not used for its intended purpose, if this "milk" is not used for food "kid", the law can be bad for this same "kid".
For example, when this very commandment is turned into a halacha, requiring not to eat meat and dairy food at the same time, and even require that there is a double set of kitchen utensils everywhere, separately for meat dishes and separately for dairy dishes, this is "boiling a kid in his mother’s milk".

Regarding the future of the Third Temple: Should the servants of this Temple, the Kohanim and the Levites, support the halacha, which requires separate cooking utensils for meat and dairy products?

Yes, as you understand, the commandment does not say: do not boil the goat meat in its mother's milk. It says that you can not cook a live kid in his mother's milk.
What a terrible picture!
The little goat is thrown into the cauldron with goat's milk, the fire is lit under the cauldron and everyone is waiting for this goat to be cooked. The goatling shouts loudly and chokes in hot milk. The goatling from horror defecates into hot milk.
We do not understand what we need to do then with this cooked goatling ...
I think this absurd picture proves that the "thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk" commandment should not be understood literally. Nobody cooks goatling in milk.
