When will the city of Yahweh Shammah appear in Israel?

The city of Yahweh Shammah will appear in Israel after the seventh vial of the wrath of the Lord:
And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. (Revelation 16:19)
"the great city was divided into three parts" is a bad translation.
Strong 1096: gínomai
to come into being, to happen, to become
For example: "the great city appeared in three parts".
Here it is written not about "Babylon", but about Jerusalem. Three places will appear in Israel, each of which will be considered Jerusalem:
1. present Jerusalem
2. Third Temple, which will be built in the Judean Desert
3. City Yahweh Shammah
Probably many Christians would like to get to the city of Yahweh Shammah. That they will fail, given their current attitude towards the Third Temple.
First, the Third Temple must be built. Then, the messengers of Jesus Christ will enter this Temple through the Eastern Gate, in accordance with the prophecy of Ezekiel.
