In short: The Lord hates sinners and does not want to communicate with them.
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. (Psalms 11:5)
There is no contradiction with the verse of the Gospel, which everyone likes to quote:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
You just need to correctly understand this verse: thanks to this love of God for the world, this world was forever deprived of the opportunity to communicate with Jesus Christ, who preferred to die on the cross, just not to be the king of this world, but for those people who, like Jesus Christ, do not want to remain in the bonds of this world, He opened the Way to Him to heaven.
Therefore, people who want to be with God have always cursed their birthdays, and sinners who like this unjust world like to celebrate their birthdays, celebrate a fake Christmas, and when I see it in church communities, it seems to me that I I see hell.
That is, the Lord God, together with those righteous who will be awarded the resurrection, will not communicate with the whole world, but only with those who belong to the tribes of Israel. A special city with limited access will be built for this.
And the five thousand, that are left in the breadth over against the five and twenty thousand, shall be a profane place for the city, for dwelling, and for suburbs: and the city shall be in the midst thereof. And these shall be the measures thereof; the north side four thousand and five hundred, and the south side four thousand and five hundred, and on the east side four thousand and five hundred, and the west side four thousand and five hundred. And the suburbs of the city shall be toward the north two hundred and fifty, and toward the south two hundred and fifty, and toward the east two hundred and fifty, and toward the west two hundred and fifty. And the residue in length over against the oblation of the holy portion shall be ten thousand eastward, and ten thousand westward: and it shall be over against the oblation of the holy portion; and the increase thereof shall be for food unto them that serve the city. And they that serve the city shall serve it out of all the tribes of Israel.
(Ezekiel 48:15-19)
Access to the city will be limited, for this will be built 12 gates:
And these are the goings out of the city on the north side, four thousand and five hundred measures. And the gates of the city shall be after the names of the tribes of Israel: three gates northward; one gate of Reuben, one gate of Judah, one gate of Levi. And at the east side four thousand and five hundred: and three gates; and one gate of Joseph, one gate of Benjamin, one gate of Dan. And at the south side four thousand and five hundred measures: and three gates; one gate of Simeon, one gate of Issachar, one gate of Zebulun. At the west side four thousand and five hundred, with their three gates; one gate of Gad, one gate of Asher, one gate of Naphtali. It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The LORD is there.
(Ezekiel 48:30-35)
The LORD is there — Yahweh Shammah.
Thus, this city will have a size of 12.96 km x 12.96 km, and this will be the earthly, material part of the heavenly Jerusalem, which is written in Revelation of John:
And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred [and]forty [and]four cubits, [according to] the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
(Revelation 21: 16,17)
The heavenly city is much larger than its earthly part, 12 thousand stages is about 2000 km, and besides the length and width, the city has the same height, stretching into outer space.
Think for yourself: is it interesting for people who have lived a righteous life and have reached God after death to return back to this flat world? Yes, they can come here for the sake of other righteous people who still live on earth, but these meetings will be hidden from the rest of the world. It is for this purpose that the city of Yahweh Shammah will be built.

It should be added that the city of Yahweh Shammah is a place where we will have the opportunity to communicate with the dead in Jesus Christ. We meet the similar in the gospels:
And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. And when the disciples heard [it,] they fell on their face, and were sore afraid. And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid. And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only. And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.
(Matthew 17:1-9)
It was a vision. And this was allowed to see only elected disciples.
Today we cannot see the saints who have died, alive. We cannot communicate with the righteous who lived in former centuries. Death is our separation from them.
When we find ourselves in a place where we can meet and communicate with people who have died long ago, then for us there is no longer death, we don’t see death. But people from the rest of the world will still have death: they will not see alive those with whom we will meet in the city of Yahweh Shammah.

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him:] for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as [in] a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker [is] God. Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, [so many] as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of [them,] and embraced [them,] and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that [country] from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better [country,] that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
(Hebrews 11:4-16)
For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker [is]God — This is about the city of Yahweh Shammah.
for he hath prepared for them a city — And this is also about Yahweh Shammah.
This city can not appear before Ezekiel's Temple is built. Because at first God must come to earth, and this will happen only after the construction of the Third Temple.
