Forgiveness happens without shedding of blood

Contrary to popular belief that there is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood, the Law says otherwise:
But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put [any] frankincense thereon: for it [is] a sin offering.
Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, [even] a memorial thereof, and burn [it] on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it [is] a sin offering.
And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and [the remnant] shall be the priest’s, as a meat offering.
(Leviticus 5:11-13)

How much does it cost to buy 2 pigeon chicks at the pet store today? $ 4? If you are so poor that you don’t have $ 4 to pay for your inadvertent sin, then Leviticus 5:11-13 is your case.

They explained to me this way: in any case, the altar is sanctified with blood from the sacrifice of an animal. We cannot offer a grain offering to God without an altar. Therefore, blood shedding is still required.
I will add that the beggars, who do not even have money to buy two chicks of a dove, could not have been saved if it had not been for the blood of Jesus, who consecrated our altar.
