The 144,000 of the tribes of Israel mentioned in Revelation are the number of churches that remain faithful to God. Therefore, it is more correct to consider this number as the number of spirits of meetings of Christians who are faithful to God.
In the number 144,000, many people can be saved, everyone can be saved. But today it will be a clear minority not only in the world, but also in the Christian religion as a whole.
144,000 have the seal of the Holy Spirit. What does this mean?
The very first church received the seal of the Holy Spirit on the feast of Pentecost in the year 32, in Jerusalem. A sign from God showed everyone that this assembly is God's. It was the first firstborn. Then other firstborns appeared and received the seals of the Holy Spirit. For example, we know the sign that was in the house of the centurion Cornelius.
Pentecost is also called "Bikurim", which means Firstborns. According to the law of Moses, the first fruits of the land of Israel should be brought to the Temple, from the day of Pentecost, until the autumn Feasts. Bringing the first fruits (firstborn) sanctifies the rest of the harvest.
Autumn Feasts are the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the Temple should be built to 1 Tishrei, the elect from the four winds should enter the East Gate from 1 to 10 Tishrei, from Rosh Hashanah to Yom Kippur. These elect will bring to the Temple the spirit of all the 144,000 faithful churches that were born by God from Pentecost 32 years before the day of the consecration of the Temple.
It does not matter at all how many people will enter the Eastern Gate of the Temple: 100, 100000 or 10 million. They will be carriers of the Spirit, and this Spirit will sanctify the Temple for God. All those people who will not enter the Eastern Gate of the Temple, but will be united with the people who will enter the Eastern Gate, this is also Israel.
Peoples who will assist those who appear in the Temple will receive a blessing from God. Opponents of the elect will receive the curse of Heaven.
When all the elect are assimilated with the simple people of Israel, with the Jews, it will be one people, the Holy Spirit will enter the environment of Israel, and all of Israel will become the Messiah, the incarnation of Jesus Christ in the Second Coming.
Of course, this is a purely theological scheme. Reality is always harder and more beautiful.
